Stakoko is an ongoing collab project with Berlin based artist Niels Kalk.

It is a one-off edition piece made of different solid woods. These guys can be stacked together in many configurations.

Meet the characters:

Totem size is 25cm (10in) tall and was made of five different types of reclaimed wood:

Pinotea, soft and elegant (Neko and Mo)

Anchico, hard and stable (Jango’s body)

Lapacho, strong and noble (Jango’s ears and trunk / Quappo)

Incienso, versatile and aromatic (Goffo and Lolo)

Iroko, strong and light (Goffo’s face / Aso / Quappo’s slug)

These woods are native to South America and Africa.
